Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please notify your HirePower Program Manager and your local Manager before your scheduled shift. 

  • Upon returning from an emergency room visit, hospital stay, or surgery, you must obtain a "Fit for Full Duty" or "Fit for Duty with Accommodations" certification from your doctor. This certification should be sent to your Contractor Liaison at customerservice@hppstaffing.com before you can resume work.

  • HirePower and its clients prefer a minimum of two weeks' notice for extended absences. This advance notice allows for proper arrangements to be made. We understand that a death in the family or medical emergency can prohibit that notice period but please make every effort to notify us as soon as possible. Please send notices to your Program Manager and Contractor Liaison.

  • Paystubs are sent via email. To access your paystubs, enter either your social security number (SSN) or social insurance number (SIN), without any dashes or spaces, in the area provided. 

  • Please call or email your Program Manager for all pay increase requests. They will determine if you meet the standards for a pay raise and contact management for approval. 

  • If you want to resign your position, please email your Contractor Liaison at customerservice@hppstaffing.com or your Program Manager. They will inform our client of your intentions. 

  • Your Contractor Liaison will help you locate current job openings and put you in touch with a recruiter.

  • If you are injured on the job, please notify your supervisor immediately and have them call our Workplace Injury hotline: 1.800.775.5866. Additionally, please call or email your Contractor Liaison at customerservice@hppstaffing.com to report your injury as soon as you are able.

  • Assignment extensions are at the sole discretion of the client. Typically, we will contact the client 2-3 weeks before your assignments end to ask about possible extensions. Once an extension is confirmed, the Contractor Liaison will notify you via email confirming the extension of your assignment.

  • You will be eligible for benefits if you meet the following criteria: work at least 30 hours per week. If you have any questions regarding benefit coverage, please email benefits@hppstaffing.com for more information. 

    Additionally, many of our plans extend coverage to eligible dependents including: 

    • Your legal spouse 

    • Your children up to the age of 26, irrespective of their student, marital or tax-dependent status 

    • Your dependent children over the age of 26 who are 

  • Please contact your Contractor Liaison at customerservice@hppstaffing.com or call them. They will send you the new forms via PandaDocs as well as call to confirm the accuracy of the information.
