Over ten years ago we obtained the prestigious WBENC certification to ensure that our clients can track and report their diversity spend with our organization. Additional diversity certifications include Texas HUB certified supplier and NYC Small Business WBE certification.

Our Company Story
In 2002, HirePower was established to provide strategic diversity services as a woman-owned staffing supplier to the energy services industry in Houston, Texas.
This step forward resulted in HirePower becoming an award-winning staffing firm with the ability to provide a white glove service to our clients and candidates.
Historically, most of our clients were in the Energy Industry. Due to a downturn in that industry and changes in the business climate that occurred globally due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we quickly pivoted to diversify our client portfolio.
