A Day in the Life of Eloisa Salino
Since joining HirePower in September 2020, Eloisa has been instrumental in supporting the Program Management Department. Based in the Philippines, she ensures smooth internal operations by handling administrative tasks, managing job orders, assisting with business functions, and maintaining client relationships. Her role bridges the gap between account managers and the recruiting team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities & Impact
Eloisa’s typical day involves job entry, monitoring job coverage, updating interview statuses, and managing placements within our internal computer system. She also coordinates with the human resources department, the payroll department and handles client engagement. Beyond her administrative tasks, she plays a key role in enhancing program efficiency by setting up sales meetings, managing documents, and supporting business development initiatives.
Achievements & Leadership
One of Eloisa’s proudest accomplishments was designing dynamic dashboards in our system to visualize key recruitment metrics. Additionally, she demonstrated proactive leadership by stepping up during a Program Manager’s absence ensuring seamless operations, maintaining payroll accuracy, and keeping communication channels open between clients and contractors.
Fostering Collaboration & Overcoming Challenges
Effective teamwork is at the heart of Eloisa’s success. Regular cross-team communication, transparency, and a willingness to take ownership have helped drive program improvements. One of her biggest challenges was managing a surge of inquiries while covering for a Program Manager, which she overcame through collaboration and strategic problem-solving.
