In 2002, HirePower was established as a woman-owned staffing and recruiting supplier to the energy services industry in Houston, Texas. For Celeste Glass, our CEO, who had already had years of experience in the recruitment industry, the formation of the company was a natural progression.
HirePower has become an award-winning staffing firm with the ability to provide a white glove service to our clients and candidates. Historically, most of our clients were in the Energy Industry. However, a downturn in that industry and a global pandemic resulted in leadership pivoting our business portfolio towards different industries.
