Celeste Glass -President Celeste started HirePower Personnel in Fall of 2002. As HPP began to grow, Celeste became more involved in the day to day demands of HPP causing her to sell her share of a joint owned home decor business. In 2007, HPP expanded into the Information Technology sector and she began working full time at HPP. Celeste oversees the Information Technology, Human Resources and Financial operations to insure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of HPP's resources. She is responsible for managing operational procedures, policies, and standards. Celeste enjoys needlepoint, reading, volunteering in community activities and traveling with her husband. Ms. Glass' newest title is grandmother.
Greg Kaufman - Director of Sales Mr. Kaufman began his career in 1983 in Houston with a global Chicago based Futures, Options and Financial Management software firm, there he was responsible for managing all aspects of selling enterprise software applications. He began as an executive with CGI Group where he managed consulting services for the South Texas region. In 2004, he joined DCSS as a Director of Consulting Services where he utilized his knowledge of decision support solutions for the world's financial markets. In his most recent position, Director of sales with HPP, he has been able to develop and deliver Business and Information technology solutions while growing a significant business portfolio. He enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with his family.
Rose Smith - HR Manager and Kelly Team Lead Rose has been working for HPP since 2007 and was originally brought on board as a Recruiter but was needed in Payroll. Later, she worked in the HR department to eventually become manager. She ensures that every employee has been processed into HPP's system in an efficient manner. In 2011, Rose was tasked to supervise the Kelly Services contract; she ensures that HPP is complient with Kelly's regulations and oversee the team tasked with the Kelly job orders. Before coming to HPP, she worked for many years to raise money for a non-profit organization called DEBRA of America.
Cindy Dunn -Recruiting Manager Cindy graduated from Texas A&M with a Business Degree and has spent the past 20 years in IT. Her areas of experience include training, support, consulting and sales, with the many of her years as a Certified Novell Instructor and Certified Lotus Notes Instructor. Cindy joined HirePower Personnel in 2008 as an IT recruiter, and now manages the recruiting efforts. The goal of the recruiting team is two-fold: to establish a relationship with the candidates to understand their strengths, and to work closely with clients to search out candidates who have the right technical and soft skills to best perform the job. Outside of HirePower, Cindy enjoys practicing yoga and watching football.
Leslie Woods - Sales Representative Leslie Woods, HirePower Personnel, Joined HPP in 2008 as an Sales representative with over 20 years’ experience in the EPC and IT space . Her responsibilities include marketing and development of national sales and services for the oil related industries. Leslie is primarily responsible for the Kelly services contract as well as the Kelly National relationship managemen
